Hello! I’m Kay, a freelance artist living in New Hampshire. I specialize in portrait art, varying from semi-realism to more stylized portrayals. I’ve long been fascinated by human expression and body language (life long people-watcher here). Evoking that sense of life and emotion through my art is my biggest creative goal.
With commissioned art, I will work one-on-one with you to make sure the piece I create is exactly what you’re looking for. Whether it’s a family portrait, a child’s portrait, or even a pet, there isn’t a more unique way to preserve a memory than through an original piece of art. I recommend taking a look through my portfolio to get a feel for my art.
Feel free to drop me a line, and ask any questions you may have!
About The Blog:
My blog is a reflection of who I am – artist. mum. geek. It’s is a place to share my art, showcase artists I love, fangirl until my heart is content, chat about books, and connect with fellow like-minded people. It’s also where I document a lot of my family life. Prior to my recent transition to full time freelance artist, I was a full time stay-at-home mom. My six year old still keeps me on my toes, and I love sharing what we get up to, as well as having a place to chat about parenting struggles and triumphs. Below are a few articles that showcase a little bit about me, in case you need a place to get started. Thanks for stopping by!
